#3 is the pick IMHO. The B/W treatment seems to work better than the colour on such a dull wet day.

The other 2 to be honest don't do much for me.
#1 it isn't clear enough its a puddle, could be my crt but it looks a bit flat and life less.
#2 the majority of this reflection is too subtle and has to compete with other distracting elements.
