what is that light ray/flare is that coming from the moon?

Sorry maybe I shouldn't have named it urban moon - the focus wasn't on the moon itself. I was going for the contrast and colours created by the moon the building's facade.

The green flare is caused by the UV filter on the lens.

I was out of ideas and that sounded a helluva lot better than my original title which was misleading....hey i should be working in marketing
