Aah, Firenzi - Florence - just near the Ufizzi, Piazza Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio - those Vecchios!

Thanh you. A bit south from where I've travelled. There's simply far too much in the north to see. :)

Fascinating bridge. How does it handle the spring thaw?

Hi Gary, not sure about handling the thaw - but well, I believe it's been there a long time :wink:

It's actually the only bridge spared by the Germans.

i remember the sunset view through the bridge arches
wonderful place my favourite italian city after venice
