The first one and the one with the guitar I thought were pretty good whereas I found the others were either too softened or PP'ed to detract from the model and the purpose of the shot. The last picture seemed to try to be moody - maybe a darker background to emphasise mood.

Also, it seemed a little like "let's see what Photoshop can do" as opposed to getting the desired effect straight on the camera.

I would have loved to see the model smile a little more, especially in the 'motion' shot with the guitar as it seemed like a fun shot...

Overall a great first-effort - let's see more!

#3 and #5 are knockouts! The others are part of the travel....good, creative but not quite belly busters! You need to get your model more animated and get her to play up to the camera. Eye contact and lots of smiles will work wonders!

Have a search for some of 'wendellt' recent posts in this forum - he does a lot of fashion and usually posts some technique with it.

I can only think of two.

1. Try and relax
2. Take Wendell :)

You can only photograph what your model gives you. Take a bottle of champagne and some wild music and lots of fashion outfits and make her work the camera. You have the easy part.

2. Check your gear insurance
3. Take Wendell :)

#3, #4 and #5 are my picks here Dan. Great images with plenty of mood. There is a real raunchy feel to the last. Excellent. Some details on how you set them up would benefit many here Dan. :)
cheers
