Well what to do between the showers today? Take a picture of my observatory using my Canon close up filter on the end of my 400mm. Boy this macro stuff is demanding...

here is the obligatory first pick when you get one of these..

That first is great, probably a touch dark on the stem for me, but really impressive and very imaginative

Daniel, yes it is but it is alot of hard work, definately have to use the tripod for it.
