Had a little play with this picture in photoshop, tried to create this ghostly and fantasy dream world. What do you think?

I think it works pretty well, don't you? It conveys to me a cold winter morning as I venture into the outside world with dreamy eyes more than a ghostly feeling. And thanks for letting us learners know you used Photoshop to create the effect. Some times it is difficult to tell if the photographer used a hardware filter or a software one.

Where was it taken ?

I like the treatment but how about a neutral b&w conversion rather than the blue. The blue is too strong if you're going for a dreamy atmosphere.

I've tried the BW before, looks very moody and then I added this blue hue tone on top for the cold feelings. Will try to post up the BW or other tone versions as well.

I like the dreamy effect, the composition takes me straight to the person walking (be tempted to clone out what looks like another person in the distance, to have the lone figure), haunting image, I like the toning too...

Works well...
