When you're viewing the image on your host site, right-click on the image and copy the URL of it - not the URL of the page you're looking at, just the image

In flickr, above your image you should see an icon called "All sizes" click on it and it willtake you to a page that gives you the url to the actual image and not the image page. You should use the medium size image....
