I'd like your opinions of this portrait of a Bundy Promotion Girl that I took while at the Gympie Muster.
The only adjustments that I have made was resizing

Rod - I don't think there's much to be said here at all. The exposure looks spot-on, the slight hot spots aren't overbearing or distracting, the composition is nicely balanced and the pose seems natural and unforced.
She seems very at ease and comfortable with the lens and you can't ask for much than that in portraiture.

Good job, in my book.

#1 tip is always some slight sharpening.

Colourwise - slightly too much magenta in the skin tones.

Here is me just running it through Picasa2 (ok I lie I ran it through DXO Optics first).

I - hit I'm feeling lucky, sharpen, glow (only a bit)

What do you think?

Rod I think you may have cooked the highlights a bit too much especially in the hat. Maybe a stop less would have sorted this

Rod,

The original you posted seems a bit soft to me. The 2nd version Jehtro did is better, but overall a great result.
