other sydney fashion mags and media thought brisabne would be crap since it was their first proper Fashion Week
but i must say Brisbane put on a class A production rivaling any Sydney or Melbourne Fashion Week
so the event was low attentance and it was a pleasure and ease to shoot most of the time there was only 3 photographers on the press box the official photographer Ian Golding, Ronald from Vogue and me, on occassion other local press would attend
the quensland girls are absolutely gorgeous and very friendly compared to their sydney counterparts and generally the population was very pleasant just like Melbourne, i was treated very well.
the runway was great it was made of white perspex and in some low light moments the models reflection could be seen on the floor

this is the smaller runway in the smaller ballrooms of the hilton low ceiling not so good light setup as you can see the face is dark
but still a good production

the most innovative show was the group swimwear show
they built a runway submerged 5cm under the water at a heritage listed spa baths/pool location, it looked really 1950's
in some low light scenes the models looked like they were walking on water, this image shows the runway lit up and you can see a white runway under the water

Thankyou Brisbane for a great time!
