Thommo, that last 1 is a cracker. The light trails and the street lights look great.

I like them all but for me the first one is great, I love the symmetry and the fact I didn't know exactly what I was looking at first.

Thommo

#1 is the standout here for me. Especially since you cloned me out

It has great lines, is very well exposed and the composition works a treat. Rounding the shot out, there are enough elements to reward the viewer as they linger over the scene.

cheers stubbsy, looking at my previous attempt at this shot (2004) i didnt realise the huge differance between 12mm and 18mm. There is alot more in this image.

Thommo - Just another comment from me since I came back to this.

I think the image is actually better because those aweful plastic orange and white road barriers are there. This has a very Jeffrey Smart feel to it.

Stubbsy i think they make the shot as well, they add that little bit of colour that stands out whilst not being to intrusive

Really like the first thommo. Love the sense of balance and how the eye is lead straight through the middle, only interrupted by the barriers :( Had the barracades not been there it would have been an absolute pearler.
cheers
