Wednesday through to Friday night marked my involvement in f.rock, the only fashion show on the northern beaches showcasing work from 9 designers from the northern beaches.

I just want to say a big thanks for Paul, Glen, and Kyle for lending me some of there equipment for the night. These guys are amazing, none of them had even meet me before but helped me out anyway. Its awesome to have such good people on this forum.

It was a first for me and I quite enjoyed it. I took over 1200 images and its damn hard to post just 4.

#1 One for the ladies

Nice shots. I like your take in the 3rd shot.
On my monitor the 2nd, 4th and to a lesser degree the 3rd could be brightened. Good work. Cheers, Mick :) :)

Ditto to marco.

1&3 for me. a little more dof on 3 and a bit brighter and it would be perfect :)

Great to see you had fun with my 24-120, and took care of it also, Thanks :D

What lenses did you use for each photo?

Thanks for the comments

It was tough uneven lighting so was pretty tricky to get it sometimes.

# 1 35-70mm 2.8 with flash
# 2 50mm no flash
# 3 50mm no flash
# 4 Your 24-120 with flash

Marco,

Pretty good considering challenging lighting. I think the lighting leaves a lot to be desired, but nice shots campturing atmosphere, anyway.

Justin, 1 seemed to work very well. Good work with challenging lighting, would probably play with the others more
