I had a chance to get a few snaps of my gorgeous niece and nephew last week when they visited. They're now getting to the age where they think it's funny to make weird faces rather than smile naturally...so making them laugh was heaps of fun . Can't wait til the day we have our own, hoping I don't blind them with the flash before their 1st bday. Anyway, here's one I wasn't too sure about. Would love some critique and comments:

Gorgeous expressions, got to love that brotherly/sisterly love, in time they be reluctant to be in the same shot together

I'd play around with a closer more intimate crop and see what you come up with.

I believe it is an excellent photo very sharp and with lovely pastel colours. I also think you managed to capture their cheeky personalities and although they are playing to the camera you came out with a photograph that any one should be very proud off because children at that age are not easy to photograph. It is obvious to the casual observer that they enjoyed being the centre of your attention as much as you did taking their picture. Congratulations.

Nice capture Geoff. Don't know if it is just my monitor or my tired eyes but it seems as if there is too much pink in the shot. Cheers, Mick
