Thought I'd share this spur of the moment snippet with you all before I head off for a couple of weeks of camping and relaxing. While since I have posted but I have been so busy as we approached the end of term
I was photographing our Special Events day performance when this bright eyed cutie toddled up to me as if to inquire 'what are you doing with that?'
I took the grab shot when I could see the reflection of the open sunlight behind me through his eyes. A beautiful boy you must concede :)
As always C&C always welcome.

Have you darkened in PP around him? If so, I think the line is a bit too definite and close to his head.

Otherwise, it's a great shot.

Marco - this is a tremendous pic and the little boy has the look of innocence in his eyes that is just stunning.

Thanks for the wonderful comments. Yes, pippin I did do a Bit of PP in the very top background, in getting rid of an errant hand creeping in from the top edge of a student watching the parade and a bit of background blur and darkening and I take your point I have edited the photo to lighten that section just a little but significant. Thanks guys. :)

Here is a portrait crop version.
I think the square format seems to suit in a way.
What do you think? :)

It is a stunning look. I would have thought it was taken in a studio. Great portrait.

The second image is much more powerful, you ask me we have a POTW here, it reminds me of Murray's Nya shot, those piercing blue eyes.

That is a great image (especially the reworked version). I hope you have the parents details to offer them a copy
