I quite like No.2. I think no.1 - composition is great but I think it is just a tad soft.

i really like number two, i would try to draw any remaining colour out of the sky tho, and that i one huge scoop in the 3rd shot!

Thanks guys i quite like number 2 aswell, the one with the truck was a lucky shot as i was holding the camera with one hand outside the sindow of my car so i wouldn't get any of my car in the shot.

Yes number 2 is the winner here. I also like the couple walking away, but it is not as evocative as the second image.

Yeah i think i spoilt the couple walking away with my framing of the image this crop is the only one that really worked out of trying quite a few.... ah well we always learn from our mistakes.
