So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Fire in the SkyThe City was on fire, and I had less then 2 minutes to snap a few shot from the deck at work. Please be honest and frank with your feedback.

Right place, right time, right gear.
Number three is the stand out for me. Top shots mate! I figured it was going to be a good sunset today in Sydney with the fires. Nice. 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

To be honest these were taken 10 days ago, but I thought given the real fires today that I should post a few.

I like these best in the order you've posted them, but think all could benefit from a little less saturation and some denoising Peter

Thanks Peter, Here is the first (you favourite) with less sat and a mild denoising. Is that better ? ![]()
What Justin said Craig. The new version nails it.
