All three shots are certainly a different perspective. I have a feeling that #2 is the Orangutan as the hair is reddish :wink:

Big V, The first seems a touch disturbing :shock: the 2nd good but the 3rd is fantastic.

this burnout thing were coming up for, i spose the 200-400 will be too big for that event ? maybe the 70-200 with t/c would be better ?

My favourite is number three. Sharp, nice DOF and contrast and I like the way the stick sits in the hand :)

Rob, last year I used the 80-400 and definately needed the 80.. I think you will be better with the 70-200 combo. This year I am going to take the 17-85 as well because there are alot of static displays where you can get up nice and close.
