after taking the shots of my mates on their bikes, ran back to where the car was so i could capture this, i was being very careful not to trip over any tree roots as it was getting dark and i was carrying all my camera gear.

this was taken hand held with a 1/10th sec exposure so a little on the soft side with the tree etc.

That is a very nice shot! It will look great printed and with the right frame.

yeh but nothing over the top, just a slight adjustment in curves and a touch of saturation, oh and a bit of unsharp mask.
