Interesting compostion I like the way you have gotten in close to the ground in the shots...

the first one sort of works for me...but i feel that if the horizon wasn't so close to the middle of the shot it would work better...I know...rules are made to be broken and I personally break them all the time but in this instance I'd give cropping it a go and see if the image improves...
The other two pics are also good...nice leading lines with the grass rows..once again though I'd perhaps crop them in so thatonly the grass lines and not the other paddocks are visible..oh and I know its tall order but as my eye's are being led into the pic by the rows of mown grass it would have been wonderful if there was something of interest at the far end of the shot...a tractor...mower..child...tree...maybe..:)

I agree with Bindii...

I agree with Bindii... In the first picture, the horizon should be better in the top one third. The other two pictures lack something of interest, may be a horizon with interesting buildings or cloud formations. But, remember taste is very subjective.

Thanks guy's, I'm totally aware of the 1/3rd, 2/3rd rule and am a big advocate of it. For some reason I feel it just doesn’t work with this image, maybe I’m wrong.

Also thanks for your advice on the other two images, will keep that in mind next time.

Shakey, that is quite an improvement on the original image.
