These 'ants' seem to inhabit every Army training area in the country.
I got stung/bit/mauled by one on the inside of my VERY upper thigh. Suffice to say, I made a bit of noise! Great shot, nice DOF. I know you were in mortal danger! 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc
