I'd like to see this lightened a little, and the contrast increased. It looks too soft in terms of the contrast to me....

I agree with Gary, too dark, too soft, not enough contrast - I suspect that the creepy vibe you seem to be going for here wouldnt have needed such drastic treatment.
Great subject to shoot though, I would love to explore that place!

I kinda get a sense where you are trying to go with this and you almost got it. As the others have suggested...just a tad lighter in the tower. It would come to life printed on quality matt paper with a light sepia added.

I'm going to try some changes to this image.
I did think of exploring the interior, however i believe it contains aspestos and is COVERED in "layer upon layer" of wild pigeon shit...... (can we spell Cryptococcosis or Psittacosis)

I go past that tower everyday when I go to work on either the train or the car. I have often looked at it, and wondered what it would be like closer. Is it accessible to the general public?
The image looks good in B/W. Very stark and imposing.
