C&C on this portrait

Hey guys,

Coming home from an outing I snapped a few pictures of the missus as she was being silly and posing. I liked this shot and she said it was a pity I wasn't in it too. I didn't have my tripod with me so I handed the camera to her, stood against the same wall and then photoshopped the two images together :)

For a spare of the moment thing with just the onboard flash for lighting I don't think it's too bad (in my noob opinion) but I'd been keen for some C&C as to what I can do to make it better.

Would you clone out the shadows around my ears and her chin ?

Cheers

Jay, rather then clone out the shadows, it may have been better to move away from the wall if possible, then there would have been no shadows.

Yes clone out the shadows, and bump up the exposure by about 1/3 stop, it looks a little bit dark for a white wall.

Where you using oboard flash?

Good point phillip, I'll remember that for next time. I haven't actually taken any proper/planned portrait shots yet.

Yi-P, yes just the onboard flash and snapped on auto.
The wall is actually a sandy/bone/grey sort of colour. My shirt, as pictured, is white though
