Interesting effect in the second image, but I wouldn't stuff about with the original. It's a top image, excellent DOF, sharpness and colours. You even got the praying mantis to pose.

That first one is a cracker. I like the pp on the second but it ain't as good as the first.

The original is a great shot. cc@T I'd be tempted to crop the original to portrait format and get rid of the distracting highlight in the left.

Thanks for showing the original. Its awesome. Id be inclined to do somthing with the highlight on the left it seems to draw the eye. also noticed some dirt on the underside of the leaf that you could clone out.
