Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

4. B&W Ver of no.3 I think it works well.

Image BTW just for kicks the 3rd shot was take by my 6 year old son hand held. Basically I had taken the same shot and he said he would like a turn. My shot is identical its just amazing how he lined the horizon to be identical to mine.

Adam,

Very nice, and it's also great that you're letting your 6yo son handle the camera. That's about the same age that Leigh was when I let him loose with my one day old F801 ...

This sort of stuff needs to be encouraged.

And I can hardly think of a better place to shoot from than Cremorne Point. I even have a print of a painting done there - Cremorne Pastoral, by Streeton.

Did you take some of the Point itself?

I actually liked how the weather was a bit foul. I think the grey sky and clouds adds to the pic.
