I was dredging through my old stuff, looking to free up more hard drive space, when I came across an old image I took with my D60. I thought it might be a good image to take through Optikvervelabs filter - http://www.optikvervelabs.com - a free filter - both in colour and black and white.

great shot Sheila - one question though - what is that amazing background, is it bokeh or just a wall or something? Very nicely executed!

Thanks all. The background is the concrete wall under the Cahill Expressway supporting the railway. It allowed the rim lighting on this man.

Nice one :) I'm reading Les Miserable now and your pic depicts Jean Valjean pretty well :D
