Crop out the 'greens' and definately a keeper!

Definitely a keeper Justin. I'd crop this square to get rid of the vacant space on the right - keep a fair bit of the foliage and have the flower central. Well done!! Cheers, Mick :) :) :)

Thanks all - Yi-p - what do you mean the 'greens' the leaves around the flower?

I agree with the above as well - brilliant shot but I'd prefer to see the flower as a more striking centre-piece and I think cropping would accomplish this.

Also, wanted to compliment you on your observational skills in regards to finding the spiral pattern. Great job!

Alright - square-ush crop. I personally am not sure, I like the sense of space around the flower...

Close call, but I think I prefer the original crop as well. That blueish background is kinda lovely.

Well, I just slightly prefer the square crop - just seems to "pop" a little more to me. Cheers, Mick

Me too...

I think I like the first one better, but I am not sure why because convention dictates to get rid of superflous staff and cetre the main subject.
