Great shots Marc, I love the last one.
Not to steal the thread, but I'm going to Venice for a few days in a couple of months - anything you can recommend doing/seeing??

All three are very nice mate... love the first one. Then again it'd be hard to take bad photos at such a magic place.

The best thing about the second shot, is that you can't smell it.
Whoa

doesn't Venice stink!!!

Andrew
Surprisingly, it was quite OK. The water looked & smelt fresh !
From what I've read & heard this is unusual, we must have arrived on a good tide

I also like to say that I love all three photos.
The first photo could benifit from more dof, I very much like the composition - we need to see a little bit more sharpness with the Amalfi coast.
I envy you for yor trip,
thanks alot for sharing your photos.
Cheers,
CD

i'm assuming but did they use an old bike as signage for a restaurant? i wonder how effective that is... creative yes but doesnt exactly shout 'hey come here for food'... hehe and look how they tied the bottle there to say 'we have wine here too'... nice shots
btw

#1 is really good, makes me want to go there!!
I really liked #3, but my only pick about it the slightly overexposed wall to the left, maybe a little PP work to even out the exposure should be great

Very nice... especially the bike is well framed..
How much did you pay for those Gondola Rides? Heard that they were expensive

Hi Yi-P
If only I was well versed in
PS
, I'd give it a try.
I haven't quite advanced that far along, any tips for this exposure method?
Cheers

Could try a gradient mask or just a manual mask with a soft brush.

Actually can use just the clone brush to clone the texture...

With Marc's permission I have had a go at taking out the highlights of Cycle photo purely by using the clone tool. Quick 10 minute job.
Anyone have any other ideas as to which tools to use?
