Love the blueberry shot !!!! Very nice

The hibiscus is ok, but I think the shallow DOF detracts from the shot in this instance (imo) - but saying that, it may look better big?????

Sorry Mike these don't excite me. Why? First image is just too soft. I think if the hibiscus was razor sharp against that background it would be better (but that's just me :wink:

) and while #2 is better the very shallow DOF detracts from it for me (I guess I want that sharpness here too).

Rel, I agree with you on the Hibiscus...I like that the centre is sharp but feel maybe the edges needed to be a little more "sharper"..

Peter, yeah my wife said the same thing about the blueberries

But I liked the soft feel around the edges
