Night Shots

Been taking these over the last month or so while playing around with my new gear. I am new to the world of DSLR's and would appreciate any pointers on how I can improve my photos :)

Nice pictures, try numbering them (i.e. 1: <image>), as it's easier for us to give feedback.

Number1: I like although i'd be interested to see it with the Opera House in the middle of the photo as it comes across as the feature point of this photo.

Number2: Nice, the art gallery is always a good photo location. Did you get any photos from across the road looking dead in? In that angle it looks huge and imposing.

Number3: I really like it, even with a lot of distractions it's still a great photo :)

They are all very good. I like the sharpness and the vivid colours in all of them. Well done!

Fixed it, thanks


The first one is actually edited - there were all sorts of lights in the background around the opera house. Getting rid of those helped to make the Opera house stand out even more (imho).
