Spider up close

A short while ago, I bought some macro filters (as a cheap alternative to a macro lens) but never had used it much. Now, with summer coming out, garden spiders are starting to spin their webs.

Here are a couple of shots of a very small spider on a web.

They were taken at 80mm, about f11 or so, with flash off camera, hand held.

It was really tough as the filters have a very shallow depth of field, and the breeze was blowing the web and therefore spider around. Unfortunately, the web wasn't in good shape, and therefore doesn't appear in the photos too greatly.

C&C welcome
