first long exposure sunset

hi everybody....

i thought i'd zap out the tripod tonight and head to the beach for a sunset

i have provided here a few examples of my work

number 2 is heavily adjusted with photoshop, possibly too much but i like it, in comparison number 3 was the original

I like the way #2, with your PP, shows the physics of light, ROYGBIV almost on full spectral display!!! :D

oh yeah, and thanks for finding this timber as a prop/backdrop for my next model shoot!!!

ahh happy to be of service Oz,

i personally get the feeling that i may have overdone it a little with the blue balance, but the more i look at it the more i like looking at it.

i also like the softness of the sky, mixed with the roughness and swirling of the water and the crispness of the pier.

all over i think it's a good shot, but would prefer to re-shoot it with a wider lens, say something like a 12mm - 24mm
