No, just a Wandering Pelican...

Aside from a few colonies in places like the otago Peninsula in New Zealand and a few remote Sub Antartic islands it is very rare to ever see an albatross. Most of the time they are at sea, hundreds of miles away from any land.

Pelicans are a big bird and big birds have big poos. Good brave capture.
