Colour RiotA simple shot of the top of a water bottle in front of a chopping board full of vegies! For me, the colours just worked. Your thoughts are very welcome (50mm1.4, f2.5, 1/40, no flash, handheld)

Thanks for looking NJ - I played with the curve to push the colours as I deliberately wanted the effect.

Manta,
Interesting photo and great colours. My preferance would be to have the lid of the bottle more in-focus, as I find it distracting (but that might just be me). I don't find the colours too over-powering at all....but with the background so OOF, the viewer cannot distinguish what the background actually is....which may have been your intention, and if so, then it works a treat ! Good to see something different ![]() Dave

Love it Simon,
If you can do what Dave says and nail it a tad more, I'd like this one on my site. If you can be bothered again capturing it ? Mic ![]()
