Am slowly getting around to PPing some of my camping photos from a recent trip to Sunshine Coast hinterland.

Thoughts and comments appreciated...

My only suggestion is a closer crop, perhaps leave some of the trunk in, but chop out the thin bright stem to the right of the possum.
I used to have a "pet" possum who would let me handle her offspring, which she had quite regularly, and would happily sit on my shoulder while she ate fruit etc that I fed her. She slept in the fireplace over summer and quite often pushed out the cover we had over it to join us for lunch ;) They are very nice animals, but have very sharp teeth and claws!

Thanks Gordon. I'll have a go at a closer crop and see what I get.

Cheers,

I think a tight crop would be good too, in fact I would crop right into the little bugger and have him/her fill the frame. Exposure and focus both look spot on, good work.

Nice capture Ladybird.
I, too, would go with the crop idea. Maybe crop to a portrait style shot. As said take out the stem on the right and crop up to about the branch on the stem for height.
Cheers, Mick :) :) :)
