No desaturation though - the beetle was in our wattle, which is whiteish grey - so this is the shot as is

b) you must have fantastic eyesight, to be able to pick this little beetle (and all the other creatures) in their natural habitats; Knowing me, I would probably just see the tree, and completely miss anything that may or may not be living in it
well captured though.
