This was shot from ground level and shows the sensors and cameras on the structure. Who are they watching?

They are usually cameras to monitor traffic in Sydney and any suspecious activities at large...

eg. large group of people with long lenses pointing at the camera... :lol:

Sometimes when I check this post the images are visible and at other times they are not. I have no idea why but I suspect the problem is with Pbase. I may have to find another site for storing my images.
