I've wanted to have a go at Pano's for a while but never seemed to get around to it...mainly because I tend to leave the tripod in the car and can't seem to hand hold the camera to get a close enough match...yeah..I'm slack...

Taken in Paris from the Eifel tower...damn its a long walk up those stairs!

Bindii - cool shot :) Maybe have a play with this shot in HDR - would have fantastic results, and highlight all of those areas that you've lost in shadow .... I'm assuming you've got this series in RAW format?

Anyhow, if you are interested - have a look at http://www.hdrsoft.com
they have a freeware version :)

You know...I ALWAYS shoot in raw...well nearly always *slaps forehead*...when I was overseas I shot mostly in Jpeg as I was figuring that they would mostly be just 'happy snaps' of my time there...memory was also an issue as I only took three gig of cards with me...but lugged the laptop around for downloading....(I think I have the worlds heaviest laptop btw... :?

But yes I am interested in HDR...and have already bookmarked your link...thank you! :)

Great pano Bindii,

Love the city coming together at the end. How many shots was it?

Highly recommended, tried the trial version, bought the software.

Cheers,

Bindi, good first effort. If you have photoshop CS2, HDR is built in..
