Tour Down Under 2007Well here are a few from tonight. Met up with the usual suspects such as Warren, Fozzie, Daniel, John and Scott. Plenty of room at the track - we pretty much had a free reign to shoot from wherever we wanted to.

Just got home Tony lol
havent even started looking @ my images yet will do on my break from work tomorrow warren aka aussichef Nikon D50/D80 Nikon,MB-D80 70-200 2.8 VR,Sigma 18-50 2.8, Kenko 1.4x TC, 2 kit lenses ,Nikon 50mm f1.8 Nikon SB-600 Tamron 90mm 2.8 Canon 500D closeup lens
Nice set Big V; around the East Tce section, it was damm packed especially trying to walk infront of the pubs. Stupid really; they can afford to have all these Weslo security guys around the track but none to create a walkway through there.
The last photo is pretty cool, nice and contrasty. I like the second shot of the CA rider (?) as well (once their riding gear is on, unless their numbers are showing and I'm next to a rider list, I've got SFA idea who they are) although I'd be tempted to bump the exposure 1/3rd ish.
Ronza, that is why we went down the other end, no crowds to worry about - so you have plenty of ops to shoot without people getting in the way. Are you doing the next 5 days? I will probably do fri - the finish at victor, sat - because it starts and finishes next to home and might go in on sunday with the boys. Congrats on the media pass - I will have to chat with you about that as it looks like I am getting one through the advertiser for the rest of the year, finally!!!

Hi there Big V, Nice set of shots, does this mean you'll be on the good side of the fence for Clipsal this year??.... ![]()
Dave, probably not as the accred for that event had to be in ages ago, it just means when I go to a fire for example I dont get blocked by the police and gets you on the other side for local events. All the biggies still mean going through the proper channels..dp youknow if you are coming to the clipsal yet?

Bummer, nope I wont be coming across this year. But will continue on working for next year.
Geez, thanks Big V, I had almost forgot about that shot....lolol Looks like I will be back over for my Niece's wedding in August, so hopefully be able to catch up then. Might have to go back to my Clipsal images and see what I got now.
Nice shots Big V.
