Quick play with the tubes...

Okay.. I had a couple of spare minutes when I got home, so decided I'd unwrap the kenko tubes, and try them out.

Going to have a better go at them tomorrow, and may have to crack out the tripod for the first time in a long while as my 'I need more coffee' shake was too noticeable.

Comments more than welcome.

I'm with him!
I live in Brisbane too - but I've never seen anything like those things.
They look like CGI from a sci-fi.
Great images though. :D

thanks everyone....

the spider is a jumping spider of some form... I thought it was a Biting Jumping Spider to start with but it doesn't look quite like it.

the moth is a Magpie Moth - Nyctemera secundiana.

thanks all...

Big V.. used the 90mm tamron. I'm thinking about a reverse 50mm on the 90mm later on in the year.
