I know its not constructive, but i really love that B&W.... Perhaps the highlights on the buildings 1/3rd way up the scene to the left and right?

Nice work!

Mike, the B&W is my fav out of these too. And I love how the sails of the junk stand out in that first shot.

Well done.

Cheers, Mick :) :) BTW how was your trip? I was in honkers many years ago.

Shoot, cheers mate. I was quite happy with the B&W...still getting to grips with the 12-24 and when/when not to use it...

Oscar, I love Hong Kong. My bro works there so I get to go quite a bit (have been going once a year for the past 3 years). This was the first time when the whole family went (wife+kiddies). We all had a great time, the kids loved Disney Land (a bit small), wife for the shopping and Disney Land, and I had fun shooting things that I saw...and the food, yum :D :D :D

Each photo tells a story and that’s what makes them very, very good :)

Hong Kong looks a great place to visit.

Nice work on #3... Initially when looking at #4 I felt I'd have preferred if it were a bit wider, but the more I look at it... I'm not so sure.

MIke,

The first of those is simply fan-bloody-tastic.

The way the junk just stands out from the rest of the image is just out standing. :)

The others are bretty damn good too, btw. Seems like a great trip was had by all.

Mike #1 is the standout shot for me too for exactly the same reasons as Gary.

Guys thanks for the response...the trip was great lots of op for photos...and even managed to score a 35mm f2.0 from santa :D Unfortunately back to reality and work :( :(

Yi-P - I wish I did bump into Poon...I would have tried to go to one of his "model shoots"

Micka....I had the same thoughts, hence I put the image up to see what others saw.... :D
