1st attempt at shooting anything after dark with my D50, the approaching storm last night was too good to miss. Fumbled with settings for a while and eventually got this one........

D50 & Tokina 12-24. I overexposed this a little, if anyone has any tips on shooting lightning I will be most appreciative.

Cheers,
Rob.

G'day Pa and thankyou.
Settings for this shot are f5.6, 15sec, ISO 200
If I get another chance tonight I'm going to try
closing the aperture to f10 or so, might get a better
exposure perhaps.??????
Great fun trying no matter the outcome. :D
