Shells

1/250. F-5.6 . ISO- 100 . 17-40 @ 17 mm

Was down at the house last week with my daughter watching the tennis in the forecourt where they have a screen setup.

Small PS clone job in the little triangular gap between the shells .Cloned out the waterways tower, which looked like a tap .Other than that just the standard treatment of levels and USM

C and C welcome

i never get tired of looking at the opera house it's wonderful

and i'm glad you took the best part the sails, i really dont like the support bit

very nice tones in the clouds but i think the sail on the left is a bit close to the edge
and kind of makes the framing look too tight for the evident composition

Thanks Wendellt
Not sure what you mean by the support bit though ??
Any further left of frame and there is a ton of ugly buildings which (IMO ) add nothing to the composition. I deliberately framed it this way in camera to cut out the clutter .

I think a crop to exclude the left half of the distant portion would make it for me.

I love it, it looks great, but did you consider doing some HDR pp to brighten up the opera house itself.
