Different ages and very different skin quality.
Whilst the girl in the first shot didn't look too pleased about having her photo taken, immediately after I took it, I smiled and thanked her. She was ok with that.

i'd like to see the second pic in black and white, with maybe a little bit of noise added. just a thought.
I prefer the second shot to the first, i think the textures of his skin make for a more interesting photo.

i would crop out the blurred pole in the first shot. it makes it look like it has a blurred border but only on one edge.
she does indeed look very grumpy.
not a fan of the 2nd one

The second shot I think could be a good candidate for a Draganizer or perhaps a MattB China treatment.
