What do you think? I wanted to try and make the image as gloomy as possible, shot about 1hr ago.
PP added and also used a Cokin P Grad ND8 Filter

It sure looks gloomy to me, I'd increase the contrast and saturation somewhat - I'd like to see what it looks like with those changes applied. Great shot and perspective.

I thought about doing that, selectivly to the building but I didnt really want any color in it, it sorta took away from the effect of the tower drawing your eyes up into the sky...
Hmmm undecided..
