My wife recently went back to shift work, which means on my day off, if I drop her off, I can get to Cronulla (my homeland :D ) when the sun is still relatively low. This is a spot called 'Sandshoes', leading into the mighty Port Hacking River.

I had a play around this morning, but these are the only two I'm happy with.... comments please!

(Apart from telling me that the horizon isn't straight  *%@#*$# !!!)

Matty, I like what you have done with these, except your horizons need stra.........

Seriously, my preference is no 1, however, the slight glare and blown highlight from the sun is a little distracting, although I don't know the best way to avoid that - others are probably more knowledgable in that area.

I was interested to see what would happen if I ducked down low enough to put the pole between the sun and me - I thought it was kinda groovy, but I can see how it's a distraction.

Maybe a bit of cloning on the stright lines?

EDIT: I don't have the patience for cloning something like that!

I prefer #1 as well Matt.
You may be able to darken that area more easily than cloning it out.
