I shot this out the side of a moving car on the way home last Saturday afternoon, it was a great day outside and i think the gradient of blue in the sky backs that up.
i'm finding the 12mm-24mm a great lens to play with.

I like the blues.
I like the afternoon sun on the buildings, and the contrast of the building on the right.
Forground creates a perception of tilt, maybe crop it.
Oh, and perhaps tell the driver of the car you took this from to slow down, then you can use more time, get in more vibrance!!!
What will you do for a lens when I take your 12-24 to france?

perhaps enjoy the wide angle lens between the Eureka Tower, and the PriceWaterhouseCoopers buildings... morning, or afternoon sun?

i had not thought about it, but i guess i'll have to make do with the 80-400.
problem is though i'll also need to use your d200 as it looks a little big on a d70
