I have been trying for ages to get close to Rainbow Lorikeets. A friend of mine told me to wear dull clothing, use a stealth approach, small slow steps and to talk softly to them and they will stay and listen to you and not fly off........it works!

What I need to do know is master this new SB800 and not blow out my shots........ :roll:

My conversation must have so boring, this guy fell asleep.....

Critique/Advice more than welcome.

Rob - a great technique resulting in some fine pics, in particular #2.

You have captured some nice colours in #1 &2 Rob.
