Have hardly done any surf photography in last 12 months, but today was a good day, spent about half hour at McCauley's Headland (waiting for wife to finish shopping... ) and took these with my el cheapo Tamron 300mm lens:

These are pretty nice for a cheapo lense Max.
I like #4 most as it looks as though you have caught him just about to come off. Nice timing all the same.

hey max these are great......a half hour well spent......is the tamron a prime or a zoom lens.

Thanks Col & Pa, yes the Tamron is a zoom, 70-300, getting a bit salt encrusted now after nearly three years in/near the ocean, but still works flawlessly.
