I have had the opportunity to photograph some young local bands recently...here are the best (i think).

Thanks

Some Band Live/studio ShotsHey,
I have had the opportunity to photograph some young local bands recently...here are the best (i think). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks
Wow, these are cool, like 'em all.
#3 is very well done. How did you process #4? It's a weird effect - but effective, I think. I'd probably have preferred to see the front guy's feet in the shot. Cheers,
macka a.k.a. Kris
I really find number 1 appealing! And number 3 is just outstanding, that would make a perfect album cover!
Wonderful shots .Like everyone else i like the third one a lot . I don't like the noise in the last one but it probably works better in print than on the web in that pictures case .

I've looked at these a couple of times and well.. they are all great..
#1 Love the affect, would really like to know if this was all post processing.. or another method.. (guitar panning?) #2 Probably the weakest of the shots.. the harsh flash and foreground highlights are a bit distracting but balance out the dark deep nothingness of the tunnel.. has a little less impact then the others #3 Clearly a stunning image, album cover material, cover of his autobiography.. something.. that needs to be in print.. love the reflections. the stubble.. it all works well together. #4.. interesting how you go the distortion here, but again.. could be back cover or.. artwork on the lyrics pages for an album...or a tour poster.. As you relatively new to the forum can you spare a minute or so to explain how long you've been into photography.. I'd be interested in what sort of background you've had as your obviously not new to it..
