Great shots, something with a different style!
second last, I love the way the hair looks like its on puppet strings, and the last is a great "lions mane" kind of look.
nice series too!

Thanks guys.
I think I'm going to leave all the studio gear setup when the studio is finished so I can force all non-clients to be photographed. Today I shot a Canadian builder with heaps of cool wrinkles - there was a window installer guy who declined my forceful attempt to photograph him (perhaps due to his messed up neck - just had cancer surgery for cancer). Would have made for an interesting photo though.
All in the name of an interesting and varied portfolio!

Wow, these are sure different. 3 & 4 are my top picks. As said before, the 3rd one having a sensual feel to it and 4 for the lions mane like look.
Must have wasted a lot of hairspray to get these shots

I see the blur you are wondering about.
All were at 1/250... but would this matter if the strobe operates at 1/800?
Perhaps there was enough ambient light to make a slight blur...

I just saw these Heath - very well done, the colour tones are spot on, and the sharpness is great.
