Sorry to be so harsh and critical, But!

The WB still looks a bit outta wack to me.
The shadows dont give this photo anything extra.
The blown Highlights seem to pull my eye to them.
The blurred motion in the bottom left takes away from this.

Harsh mode off....

I hope that helped u out a bit?
Overall I think this is a nice one for the family album. Next time try a flash

The WB is off agreed but given the shooting conditions and that you probably wanted it to be candid, a flash wouldn't have helped you out. Either fix the WB or maybe converted it to b&w and adjust curves to give the image more contrast.

If you find this mistake often, perhaps, as a tip, each time you turn off your camera, flip the WB back to AUTO? I did that when I was starting in digital, and at least it eliminated the way off exposures (particularly while only shooting Jpeg).

In regards to WB I main 98% use it on Auto. I have only very recently started to change it when I notice in the preview screen that the colours are way off, and then I set it to the conditions. Ive found my D50 to be very good.

Ive found I make the mistake of not changing ISO back to 200 when I had it at 400 or 800 :(
